第一届中国-东盟高质量发展研讨会征稿启事
China-ASEAN Symposium on High-Quality Development
2021年11月22日，国家主席习近平在中国－东盟建立对话关系30周年纪念峰会上指出，“这30年，是经济全球化深入发展、国际格局深刻演变的30年，是中国和东盟把握时代机遇、实现双方关系跨越式发展的30年”。中国与东盟的合作关系在这30年中不断提质升级，并最终建立了“中国东盟全面战略伙伴关系”。2022年1月1日，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》（RCEP）正式生效，一个占全球GDP总额近1/3的超大自由贸易区将中国与东盟的命运更加紧密地结合在一起。在这样的大背景下，山东财经大学和泰国清迈大学共同举办中国—东盟高质量发展研讨会。中国-东盟高质量发展研讨会（CASHQD）旨在为参与中国和东盟高质量发展各个方面的研究人员、学者和广大师生提供学术交流与合作的平台。
At the summit commemorating the 30th anniversary of China-ASEAN dialogue relations on November 22, 2021, President Xi Jinping pointed out that "the past 30 years have seen in-depth development of economic globalization and profound changes in the international landscape. It has also seen China and ASEAN seize the opportunities of The Times and realize leapfrog development of bilateral relations." Over the past 30 years, China-ASEAN cooperative relations have been constantly upgraded, culminating in the establishment of the China-ASEAN Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. On January 1, 2022, the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) officially came into force. A super-large free trade area, accounting for nearly one third of global GDP, has brought the destinies of China and ASEAN closer together. In this context, Shandong University of Finance and economics and Chiang Mai University (Thailand) jointly hold theChina-ASEAN Symposium on High-Quality Development (CASHQD). TheCASHQDaims to provide a platform for academic exchange and cooperation for researchers, scholars and teachers and students involved in all aspects of China and ASEAN high quality development.
1. Call for Papers (征稿)
The FirstChina-ASEAN Symposium on High-Quality Development (CASHQD 2022)sets up two parallel symposiums. Welcome authors from all over the world to submit paper, which topics include, but not limited to:
Topic 1: Productivity, Efficiency, and High-Quality Development in Agriculture
(1) Total factor productivity
(2) Technological progress
(3) Efficiency changes
(4) Productivity and efficiency
(5) Determinants of productivity and efficiency
(6) Economic sustainability of agriculture
(7) High-quality development in agriculture
(8) International agricultural products trade
(9) Energy efficiency in agriculture
(10) Agriculture and food security
(11) Smart agriculture
Topic 2: Copula Modeling with Applications
(1) Copula-based models
(2) High dimensional data with copulas
(3) Nonlinear time series models
(4) Dependence modeling with copulas
(5) Risk measurement and portfolio strategy using copulas
(6) Copula inference
(7) Time-varying copulas
(8) Vine copulas, factor copulas and their applications in finance and economics
(9) Bayesian methods for copulas
(10) Other methods and applications related to copulas
2. Publication（出版）
农业期刊（SCI检索，JCR一区）和公理期刊（SCI检索）是本届会议的支持期刊。部分论文将在两个期刊发表。其他论文、摘要将以CASHQD2022论文集的形式出版，论文集将被CNKI数据库收录。
Agriculture (SCI journal, JCR Q1) and Axioms (SCI journal) are the supporting journals of CASHQD2022. Some papers will be published in two journals. Other papers will be published in the proceeding of CASHQD2022, which will be included in CNKI database.

3.征文要求
CASHQD2022投稿接受论文全文投稿和摘要投稿，中英文均可：
（1）．论文符合征文主题，未曾公开发表；立意新，视野广，研究思路或研究方法有独特之处；论点明确，论据充足，紧密结合实际，数据准确可靠。
（2）．论文按题目、摘要（400字以内）、正文、注释、参考文献、作者基本情况等项内容顺序编排。中文论文题目用二号黑体，一级标题用小四号黑体，正文用五号宋体。英文采用Times New Roman字体。
（3）．文后附第一作者（执笔人）简介，顺序及内容包括：姓名、性别、出生年月、毕业日期和毕业学校、获得学位、工作单位、职务职称、主要成果与获奖情况、通信地址、邮编、电话、E-mail。
（4）．论文通过电子邮件提交至邮箱：20180881@sdufe.edu.cn。邮件题目请用“文章题目+投稿人姓名+所在单位/职务”的形式。文章正文请注明“CASHQD2022论文”。
（5）．截稿日期：2022年5月22日。
